Jamie Morgan Ramsamy is an experienced professional in the maritime and oil & gas sector with almost 20 years of experience. He has a passion for using data and technology to transform the global maritime and oil & gas industry. He was previously the global Chief Digital Officer at OSM Thome where he oversaw organisational efficiency, AI adoption, and technology-driven revenue generation.

He developed his engineering skills at DNV, a Norway-based global leader in risk and assurance, where he worked in various roles in Sub-Saharan Africa, the Netherlands, Germany, China, Korea, and Singapore. Jamie later joined Singapore headquartered, Thome Group to gain experience in operational management of maritime and oil & gas assets and led various strategic initiatives. He has an Executive MBA from INSEAD, a BSc in Mechanical Engineering (Hons) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and is a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Marine Engineer.
